Solicitation of Proposals
The purpose of Solicitation of Proposals (SOP) is to solicit proposals from
qualified aviation-related users for the leasing opportunities as leasing space becomes available at our airports.
SOP Submission and Evaluation Process
An Evaluation Panel will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the proposals received. There are several steps to submitting proposals and are outlined in the SOP packets when they become available to the public.
